Pharmacy inventory needs more than a count

Medicines move through receiving, secure storage, picking, dispensing, returns, and transfers. At every step, operational teams need to know not only how much stock exists, but which item moved, where it belongs, and what happened before it arrived there.

The challenge

Barcode scans, manual checks, and disconnected stock records can leave gaps between physical inventory and system state. Raw RFID reads add volume but not certainty unless duplicate, missed, and out-of-sequence events are resolved into a dependable item history.
